1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining the Minecraft server, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission, especially before making any purchase.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and Minecraft username secure. Sharing accounts is not permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules.

4. Conduct

You agree to follow the in-game rules listed on the Rules page. Cheating, harassment, exploitation of bugs, and any illegal activity are prohibited and may result in bans without refund.

5. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed by Tebex. Digital perks are delivered to the Minecraft account associated with your order. All sales are final unless required otherwise by law. Chargebacks may result in a permanent network ban.

6. Gift Cards & Coupons

Gift card codes have no cash value, are non-transferable once redeemed, and may expire. Codes obtained fraudulently will be voided.

7. Content Ownership

All branding, logos, custom textures, and server content are owned by the Legendcy Survival team. User-submitted content (applications, appeals, suggestions) may be used internally for moderation.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data preservation, or compatibility with future Minecraft versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legendcy Survival is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
